Spacious air conditioned villa with private pool and garden, well suited to two families sharing. Located 3.5km from the centre and beach of Lloret de Mar in the Aigua Viva park area. Golf 4km. Barcelona is just 30 minutes by train.

The ground and upper floor comprise a large living and dining room with double sofa bed, opening onto a large terrace with views towards the sea. Fully equipped kitchen. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a triple bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed and 1 x 90cm wide bed). The garden floor has another living and dining area with kitchen. Two bedrooms, one of which is a double with doors opening to the pool area. Complementing the bedrooms there are two shower rooms with toilets and a bathroom with toilet.

Furnishings are comfortable and there is a television on each floor. Air conditioning is available for a supplement of around 50€ per week.

The peaceful garden is attractive and the nine-metre long pool is a good size for a decent swim. There is parking space on the grounds.
