Well-located holiday villa in Lagos in the western Algarve village of Lagos, it has a private pool which can be heated and it is just 800 metres walk from the beach.

Villa accommodation covering 160 m² on 2 floors for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor has a very pleasant light living and dining room with television opens onto the patio terrace and garden and pool area. Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, gas hob etc.). Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a shower room.

The first floor has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with hairdryer. Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) and a bathroom with hairdryer.

The pastel decor tones and contemporary style furnishing create a very relaxing atmosphere in this house.

The grounds cover 500 m² and there is a six-metre-long swimming pool which can be heated on request for a supplement.
