Attractive villa with good sized grounds and swimming pool. Shops and restaurants in San Lorenzo 4km. Riding 15km. Florence 35km.

The upper floor has a sitting area. Five double bedrooms (one of which has a balcony). Two bathrooms with showers.

The ground floor has a sitting room with sofa bed. Dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Large living room with satellite television and fireplace. Double bedroom and a single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed). Bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

The high ceilings and traditional features of this villa combine very nicely with the modernised renovation. The house is comfortable and elegant. There are two cots and two high chairs available. At the rear, the house is semi detached with another completely independent house.

The pool area set below the villa commands superb views of the surrounding countryside. There is a built-in barbeque, plenty of garden furniture and room for children to play in the peaceful garden. The pool is heated in September and October. Parking on the grounds. There are 6 mountain bikes available.
