Beautiful stone built converted farmhouse situated on a small hill half way between the villages of Radicofani and Celle Sul Rigo, on the border of Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria.

There are four bedrooms, three bath/shower rooms and a private swimming pool.

The accommodation covers 180 m² and has:

On the ground floor: a living room with fireplace and television. Large well-equipped kitchen with dining area. Double bedroom and a shower room.

On the upper floor: a double bedroom and a single bedroom which share a bathroom. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Nearly all the furnishing are traditional in style and the decor is in perfect harmony with the setting in which the house is situated.

Outside the beautiful private swimming pool is twelve metres long and from the poolside, there are panoramic views of the countryside. Plenty of garden furniture.
