Two small villas always taken together in a pleasant garden with a good-sized private pool. Well located within the Florence, Arezzo, Siena triangle, all are around one hours drive.

Two small villas covering 80 m² for 5 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The first house which is all on one level has a living and dining room with kitchenette. Triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed along with a shower room.

The second house has a ling and dining room along with a kitchen opening onto an excellent large covered patio terrace with garden furniture for eating outdoors in the shade. Shower room. Gallery bedroom with a double bed.

The large enclosed grounds are mainly lawn, there are mature trees and pretty plants along with a superb eleven-metre-long swimming pool and a terrific built-in barbecue and bread oven. Children can enjoy the ducks which roam free.

The village of Bucine is 1 km and can be accessed on foot, there you will find shops. A bit further you can visit Levane, Montevarchi and San Giovanni Valdarno.

The prices don't include
Breakage deposit Euro 250 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). Air conditioning Euro 0,70 per Kwh (if used) Heating Euro 0,70 per Kwh (if used). Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day. Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used). Change of sheets € 5 per person. Change of bathroom towels € 5 per person. It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away. Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
