Big typical Tuscan style villa with a huge main private swimming pool, private tennis court and a small lake for fishing as well as a smaller second swimming pool, ideal for a large group or multi-generation family. In a peaceful setting near the beautiful, historic hilltop town of Cortona.

The villa accommodation covers 240 m² on three floors, 8 bedrooms, three sitting rooms, 5 shower rooms. Wifi internet (supplement required) and satellite television.

The ground floor has a spacious living and dining room with equipped kitchen corner. Double bedroom, twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a shower room.

The first floor (accessed by an external covered stone stairway) has a living room with fireplace and a double sofa bed. Double bedroom and a shower room. Further sitting room with fireplace and a shower room. Stairs to the loft area which has a double bedroom, twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds), single bedroom (1 x 90 cm wide bed) and a shower room.

The second floor has a sitting room with kitchen corner. Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) of which one can accommodate and extra single bed. Shower room.

The 16-metre long swimming pool is fantastic and there are plenty other amusements including table tennis, table football, boules area, play area for children, a small fishing lake and a private tennis court. There is a covered outdoor dining area with table and chairs and of course a barbeque.

With its numerous sitting rooms and kitchens, the property offers a large group plenty of individual privacy and autonomy which is often appreciated.

The property is set on a vast estate surrounded by woods and fields. The owner lives on the grounds but does not impede or overlook the rental facilities and is very much an asset for information and assistance.

The euro prices shown are for the villa, per week and include
Private pool open from 01/05 to 30/09. Wi-Fi Internet access. Bed linen and bathroom towels. One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking. Electricity, hot and cold water (electric car charging on demand on payment).

The prices don't include
Breakage deposit Euro 400 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. Heating Euro 8 per m3 (if used). Obligatory final cleaning Euro 300. Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 10 each per day. Tourist tax Euro 2,50 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay. Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each. Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
