Delightful property with a tranquil, communal garden, shared swimming pool and panoramic views. Situated in the hills near to Castellemare del Golfo 1km where there are shopping facilities and a beach 2km. Zingaro nature reserve 5km. Palermo airport 35km.

There are units in all sharing the pool and grounds, one for 2 – 3 people (MED202), one for 4 – 5 people (MED402) and one for 6 – 8 people (MED602). The owners live on the first floor of the MED602.

The MED602 is a second-floor apartment set on an independent floor of a villa.

The accommodation comprises a large living and dining room with a double sofa bed and a large kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed composed of 2 x 90cm wide beds together). Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a large bathroom with shower stall.

Private terrace and lovely views of the hills and the sea in the distance.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Final cleaning included. Garden maintenance. Saturday arrival 14.00 to 20.00, depart before 10.00. Late arrival supplement 20€ payable locally.

Refundable deposit 300€ payable locally in cash. Air conditioning is charged to consumption at 0,60 euro per kW, to be pay on the spot. tourist tax : 1,50€ per person/ per night (maximum 6 nights)
