Charming villa situated on the southern edge of the Etna national park in the small hill village of Ragana, 25km from Catania. Beach 25km. This is a perfect holiday villa for a small family or a couple. There is a range of shops and restaurants between 600 metres and 2km from the villa. Tennis 2km. Golf 60km. Catania airport 35km. Etna 5km. Taormina 60km. Syracuse 85km.

The accommodation comprises a living and dining room with television and internet. Open-plan, fully equipped modern kitchen. Double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) each with en-suite shower room and toilet.

The interior is light and stylish with comfortable furnishings and attractive decor.

Designed to blend into the surrounding countryside the garden and house are in complete harmony with the Mediterranean vegetation. There is a beautiful pool with diving board and plenty of good quality garden furniture so you can relax.

The pool can be heated on request for a supplement of 200€ per week.

There is parking space within the grounds of the property.

This is a peaceful setting from which to explore the surrounding area, with the main attraction being the world famous mount Etna. There is a good choice of beaches in Acireale, Aci Trezza and Castello, you can also visit the attractive towns of Taormina and Syracuse.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit 300€ (or equivalent) payable locally. If electricity consumption passes the allocation of 300kw/h per week the extra is paid locally at 0.50€ per kW. Swimming pool heating at 24°C, at an additional cost of 200 € per week. tourist tax : If applicable by the municipality
