Located in the province of Trapani this charming air-conditioned villa has lovely views of the mountains and the sea. In the commune of Custonaci, this is a stylish, contemporary property. Beach 200 metres. Shops 2km. Restaurant 100 metres. Trapani 18km. Palermo airport 80km.

The ground floor has a spacious living and dining room with a white leather sofa, satellite television, DVD and CD players and wifi internet. Fully equipped kitchen which opens onto a covered patio terrace with chairs and table so you can enjoy dining outdoors overlooking the pool. Shower room and toilet.

The lower floor has two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Shower room and a bathroom.

The well-maintained garden area has lawns and mature trees offering natural shade as well as an excellent built-in barbeque area. The pool is over twelve metres long, ideal for a good swim and you can appreciate the views of the surrounding countryside.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not air conditioning). Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Final clean included. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Saturday arrival 16.00 to 20.00, depart between 08:00 and 10.00. Pool open mid-April to the end of the third week of October.
