Located just seven minutes walk from the famous Palombaggia beach south of Porto Vecchio in Corsica this beautiful villa offers an exceptional holiday.

Villa accommodation covering 260 m² for 12 people, 6 bedrooms, 4 bath/shower rooms, partial air conditioning.

The ground floor has a spacious light living and dining room with fireplace which opens onto a large patio terrace and the garden. Very nice modern open plan fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc.) with dining area and access to a covered terrace with fabulous sea views. Air-conditioned big double bedroom with large en-suite bathroom with twin sinks over-bath shower and separate toilet. Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) both with access to the terrace overlooking the sea. Large double bedroom (160 cm wide bed) with access to the terrace which has sea views and with en-suite shower room and toilet. Laundry room. All the bedrooms on this floor have air conditioning.

The garden level has two more twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) and a bathroom with over-bath shower, twin sinks, sea views and a separate toilet. Games room with table tennis. This level is generally cooler and has fans rather than air conditioning.

The big grounds cover 3000 m² and the large partially covered patio terraces are equipped with garden furniture for eating outdoors and relaxing and there is a useful outdoor shower for freshening up.

Local shops 3 km.

NOTE: There is the possibility to rent just the ground floor outside peak dates at a reduced price, in which case the garden level is closed. Ask for details.
