The ground floor has a very spacious living and dining room along with an elegant library corner with desk. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) with en-suite shower room. Separate toilet.

The upper floor has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet. Double bedroom, twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a shower room with toilet.

Attractive garden covering 1200 m² with a nine-metre-long swimming pool with lawn and pool terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun along with a covered terrace with barbecue where you can eat outside. A high wooden fence with hedges and vines offers plenty of privacy.

Lisbon centre is around 30 minutes drive. On-site there is an 18 hole golf course as well as a communal heated swimming pool and tennis courts for use by residents of the golf complex. Magnificent beaches and seaside restaurants 3 km. Shops and restaurant 1 km.
