Super, modern villa with a beautiful swimming pool and terrace which commands fabulous views of the surrounding hills. Within walking distance of a good restaurant 1km (highly recommended by previous clients – despite the walk back up the hill!) and just a short drive from the village of Figari 3km which has good shopping facilities and more restaurants. Figari airport 6km and Bastia airport 161km. Some of the best beaches on the island are within easy driving distance as is the small marina at Figari plage 6km. Sperone 18 hole golf course 17km.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with access to a terrace and an en-suite bathroom with corner bath, over-bath shower and toilet. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Shower room with massage shower and toilet. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with access to the terrace. Living and dining room with fireplace and access to the covered pool terrace.

The décor is particularly attractive as many of the walls are sculpted in pleasing, rounded shapes which add considerable character and is complemented by tastefully coordinated materials and paintwork. Furnishings are modern and comfortable. Wifi internet.

The large pool terrace has natural shade and is a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views. The pool is easily surveyed from the villa making this a great house for families with small children and couples alike. There is a beautiful new wooden deck around the pool added in 2018.

There are some fabulous walks (you need sturdy shoes) departing from just below the villa which take you to the back of the hill and offer fabulous views of the sea, a lake and the mountains.

The prices don't include
Change-over charge €130 payable locally (deducted from local deposit). Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
