Beautiful villa set in a good sized garden with indoor, heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi, billiards table. Located near Moelan Sur Mer just 400 metres from the Trenez beach. Concarneau 37km. Roscoff (ferry port) 147km. Dinard airport 202km.

The upper floor has a double bedroom (140cm x 200cm bed), single bedroom (90cm x 190cm bed), bunk bedroom (two 90cm x 190cm beds) a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed). Three bathrooms each with massage shower and hairdryer, two toilets.

The ground floor has a large living and dining room with a fireplace housing a wood burner. Fully equipped, modern kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), bathroom with massage shower, hairdryer and toilet. Laundry room. Pool room with wooden decking, Jacuzzi (heated to 37 degrees) and a shower cabin with steam bath. Games room with billiards table and fitness equipment. Folding bed available 25€ per stay.

The décor is very pleasant and furnishings comfortable.

The garden has lawned areas and is nicely laid out with plants, bushes and trees. There is a wooden child’s climbing frame with a swing.

The prices don't include
