Elegant 17th-century manor with private tennis and swimming pool. Surrounded by 12 hectares of woodland and meadow. Golf 8km. Located in the village of Coulounieix Chamiers 3km from the nearest shops, close to the historic city of Perigueux 10km.

The first floor has a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed), Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed). Two shower rooms each with a toilet.

The ground floor has a living room with fireplace, large living and dining room with fireplace and a piano. Large, fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) and a further double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed). Bathroom.

The west wing comprises an apartment (independent access) with a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), sitting room and a bathroom.

The manor is decorated and furnished in a refined, rustic, traditional manner with a high standard of comfort and lots of agreeable activities available. There is an upright Yamaha B1N01 piano which is tuned regularly.

The garden is lovely with lawned areas and a large swimming pool along with “quick” tennis court. The manor has a great deal of authenticity and its harmonious surroundings ensure an unforgettable holiday.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels provided. Three hours cleaning per week included. Local taxes and reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit €700 (or equivalent) payable locally and credit card details retained for a further 800€ if required. Obligatory final clean payable locally 150€. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure.
