Beautiful recently renovated, air conditioned stone villa with fenced pool, garden and views of the harbour and hills. Located in the centre of the picturesque fishing village of Milna on the island of Brac. The centre with shops, restaurants and bars is 200 metres walk. There is a diving school 400 metres. Beach 1km. You don't need a car here although you can hire one for a day or two if you want to explore the island.

The second floor has a triple bedroom (1 x 180 cm wide bed and 1 x 90cm wide bed), shower room and superb sun terrace with fabulous views of the harbour, the church bell tower and the hills.

The first floor has a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed), twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom with toilet.

The ground floor has a light and airy, comfortable living and dining room with double sofa bed, satellite television, hi-fi and Internet connection. Smart, very attractive, open-plan kitchen with bar, opening onto the main terrace with views of the church and the boats in the harbour. Separate toilet.

This villa has really chic feel to it, traditional stone features combine nicely with modern materials and the choice of décor colours is very tasteful, cosy and homely.

The garden has a large split level terrace complemented by an outdoor shower and a covered area for outdoor dining complete with barbeque and sink. The pool is on the fenced and gated lower terrace. There is a pretty garden area with flowering plants, pomegranate bush and olive trees.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided, changed once a week. Final clean included as long as house left in good order (80€ charge if extra cleaning required). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit 300€ payable locally by card. House heating. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot and high chair available on request.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure.
