Air conditioned villa with pool and garden. Located in an elevated setting on the edge of the charming seaside resort of Baska Voda on the Makarska Riviera, 60 metres from the beach. Local shops, supermarket and restaurants within 400 metres. Split airport 67km. Makarska 10km. You could easily stay here without a car, just hiring one as you need it.

The upper floor has a double bedroom (160cm wide bed) with en-suite shower room with toilet, opening onto a balcony with garden furniture and sea views. Further double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide beds) and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom with small bath, over-bath shower and toilet.

The ground floor has a large split level living and dining room equipped with satellite television, DVD player, hi-fi and Internet connection. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with bar. Double bedroom and a separate toilet.

The decor is quite bold with strong colours which marry well with the comfortable furnishings. There are conditioning units only in the living room and upstairs corridor.

The garden has a pool surrounded by a terrace and there is a large covered terrace with barbeque for outdoor dining. Careful with young children in the garden as there are a number of unprotected drops.

The village of Baska Voda is charming with a delightful seafront and Blue Flag pebble beach. Nearby Markaska is good for shopping and the historic centres of Split and Trogir are within easy driving distance. It's so nice to be able to stroll down from the villa and walk along the beach front, especially early in the mornings and in the evenings.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided, changed once a week. Final clean included as long as house left in good order (80€ charge if extra cleaning required). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit 500€ payable locally by card. House heating. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot and high chair available on request.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure.
