Beautiful, air conditioned, stone villa with pool, garden and lovely sea views. Located in the village of Sumartin on the south-east point of the island of Brac. Fully renovated in 2011 this is a smart modern villa. The centre of Sumartin where you will find shops, cafes and restaurants is 300 metres walk. You can swim in the sea at 100 metres from the villa or there is a shingle beach 1km. The main supermarket is in Supetar which is around half an hours drive although you have all you need in Sumartin, so you don't need a car.

The upper floor (outside access only) has a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Large double bedroom (1 x 200cm wide bed) with en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet, access to a big sun terrace with superb views of the sea and the mountains, perfect for watching the sunset in the evenings. Further double bedroom (1 x 200cm wide bed) with balcony. Shower room.

The ground floor has a spacious living room with satellite television, internet connection, DVD player and hi-fi. Dining room and open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, small electric appliances etc). Double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The interior is light and airy with stone feature walls and comfortable furnishings.

The garden has lawned areas and a large terrace around the pool as well as a covered area for outdoor dining complemented by a built-in barbeque.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided, changed once a week. Final clean included as long as house left in good order (80€ charge if extra cleaning required). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit 300€ payable locally by card. Occupation tax 6.00Kn/per person per day (around 0.80€ per day). House heating. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot and high chair available on request.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
