This large property dates back to the 18th century and is situated in a peaceful setting near the 13th century Santes Creus monastery in a vast garden with private swimming pool.

The second floor has a large sitting area. Triple bedroom and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds) with bathrooms. Bathroom.

The first floor has a spacious and comfortable living room. Dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A room which is both a sitting room and a double bedroom. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a room with a single bed. Bathroom.

The ground floor has a spacious entrance hall and a large multi-purpose room which opens onto the garden. Separate toilet. Living room with a small kitchen which opens onto a summer kitchen and built in barbeque.

There is a very large garden which once belonged to the monastery. The outdoor dining and cooking area is very nice with a fountain nearby as well as a play area for the children.

The nearby monastery is one of the most important for the Cisterns in Catalonia and is linked with the one in Poblet 34 km and Vallbona des Monges 48 km. There are no longer any monks at Santes Creus and there is now free visiting on Tuesdays along with concerts in July and August. The village has just 170 inhabitants and is very tranquil.

Within easy driving distance are the coast and the beaches of Tarragona along with the town of Valls as well as the Aventura theme park.

Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time between 17.00 and 20.00, departure by 10.00.

Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
