Attractive villa with pleasant garden and private pool. Located in the Tres Calas area of Ametlla de Mar 2.5km from the beach. The shops and restaurants are in the centre of Ametlla de Mar 4km. Tarragone 55km.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a comfortable living and dining room with double sofa bed and television. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom.

The neat garden has a lawn, pool and a built in barbecue. Parking area.

Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

Refundable deposit paid locally 500€ or 150€ per person. Linen hire available sheets 6€ per person, towels 4€ payable locally. Obligatory final clean 80€. Heating for the house.
