Holiday property with garden and large heated pool with superb views of the surrounding mountains. Located 5 minutes drive from the shops, bars and restaurants in the village of Comares on the Spanish Costa del Sol. 30 minutes drive from the beach 15km. Lake at Vinuela 20 minutes by car. Golf 15km. Riding 4km.

The accommodation is on two floors and comprises a spacious living and dining room with fireplace, satellite television, CD and DVD player and internet access. Fully equipped kitchen. There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms and two shower rooms as well as three toilets.

The interior is light and airy with furnishings well suited to a family holiday.

The heated pool (supplement for heating payable locally) is surrounded by a large terrace which commands fabulous views of the valley below and the mountains beyond. There is plenty of garden furniture for relaxing, eating outside and having a barbeque on the covered terrace with summer kitchen offering ample shade.

The pretty village of Comares has a spectacular setting amidst the high cliffs and surrounding mountains. This is an excellent area for walking, cycling and riding as well as visiting the mountain villages whilst enjoying the local wines and olive oil which are just two of the regional specialities.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided (bed linen and shower and hand towels). Final clean. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (except heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 to 20.00, departure by 09.30.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit - 300€ cash. Pool heating payable locally. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pool heating if used 190 € per week payable locally.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure.
