Pool air-conditioning is available from April 1 to November 15 at a supplement of 190 euros per week. Air-conditioning costs around €1 per hour, depending on the temperature setting. The minimum age of the person making the reservation must be 25. - We ask all travelers to leave the house as they found it. -For monthly rentals, electricity is not included and costs 0.45 € per kw. - There is a refundable deposit to be paid on arrival.

The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
