Quiet, in Jave, beautiful designer villa of very good standing with superb private infinity pool in Javea on the costa blanca between Pinosol and Cansalades, air-conditioned rooms, wifi internet, it's only 3km from the sea and 2 kms from the nearest shops, elegant and very residential environment.

Sleeps 6-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private pool. Tv French channels-WiFi air-conditioned rooms.

Approximately 150m2, the villa features a beautiful living-dining room with satellite TV and access to a lovely covered outdoor terrace with a table for al fresco dining protected from the sun. The independent kitchen adjoining the living room is well equipped (coffee maker, microwave, fridge, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.).

There are 3 bedrooms: 1 with two single beds and 1 with a double bed, both sharing a shower room and toilet. The third master bedroom has access to the pool, a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and wc.

All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The prices don't include
A security deposit of 800 euros, non-cashable, to be left with our agency: credit card imprint compulsory or cash. The following services must be paid for on arrival in cash: - Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 140 euros to be paid on site. - Air conditioning: fixed price of 75 euros per week, unless otherwise stated. Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before your arrival): - Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay. - On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby cot (50 euros per stay), pets (50 euros per pet per stay, on request).
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
