In Javea, Spain on the Costa Blanca, beautiful holiday rental with private pool, located 4 km from the sandy beach, 5 minutes drive from the shops, surrounded by a very well kept garden with several covered and open terraces. Partial air conditioning and wifi.

The house has about 160 m2 of living space and is composed of two independent parts. The first floor has a pleasant living room with air conditioning and flat screen TV, opening onto a covered terrace with a table for 8 people, an ideal place to enjoy the beautiful view of the famous "Montgo", there is also a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and double bed and air conditioning and the other with two single beds and a fan, an independent shower room with toilet completes the set.

By means of an external staircase, you arrive at the ground floor, which is a part of the house totally refurbished, modern and pleasant, offering an entrance, two bedrooms, one with two single beds and ceiling fan, the other with a bunk bed and a single bed for a child or teenager, an independent shower room completes the set. The house is comfortable and has satellite TV with French channels and WIFI internet.

Outside, there is a beautiful 8x4 swimming pool, Roman steps, a covered pergola, sunbathing areas, and several spaces, one of which has a large sunshade (tables and chairs, to enjoy meals outside), covered parking for one car.

Very quiet, peaceful and well exposed, close to the beach of l'Arénal, fine sand, bars, restaurants, shops, this villa is ideal for two families.

Preferably a minimum of two weeks from 14 to 28 August or three weeks.

The prices don't include
The deposit of 800 euros, which cannot be cashed in, must be left at our agency: credit card imprint or cash. The following services are to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash: - Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 180 euros to be paid on site. - Air conditioning: fixed price of 75 euros per week, unless otherwise stated. Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before your arrival): - Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay. - On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), pets (50 euros per pet per stay)... Supplements are to be paid on site in cash on arrival.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
