On the Costa Blanca in Javea, this beautiful holiday house with heatable pool is ideal for renting in the mid and low season periods. Set in a very attractive garden.

Villa accommodation covering 150 m² all on one level for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, satellite television, wifi, partial air conditioning.

The villa has a spacious living and dining room with television and a nice fully equipped kitchen which opens to a covered patio terrace. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet. Two more double bedrooms and a shower room and toilet.

The house has a charming combination of Spanish style and a part which has been completely modernised, so it offers both charm and modern comforts and style.

Well laid out the house is comfortable and practical, part of it has reversible air conditioning/heating.

Lovely garden with fruit trees, almond and olive trees and plenty of Mediterranean charm, very pleasant and original. There is a gas barbecue and garden furniture new in 2017. The pool is surrounded by a delightful patio terrace and there is a convenient outdoor shower. A covered terrace enables you to relax in the shade and eat outdoors during the day. The pool has solar heating.

The prices don't include
The security deposit of 300 euros not to be cashed to leave at our agency: imprint credit card compulsory or cash. The following services are to be paid on arrival and in cash: - Cleaning: a fixed fee of 140 euros to be paid locally. - Air conditioning or heating: 70 euros per week, unless otherwise stated. Pool heating included. Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before arrival): - Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, dish towels: 12 euros per person per stay. On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby cot (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), animals (50 euros per animal and per stay) Supplements must be paid on site in cash upon arrival.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
