The prices don't include
A security deposit of €1,000 (non-cashable) to be left with our agency: credit card imprint compulsory or cash. The following services must be paid for on arrival in cash: - Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 250 euros to be paid on site. - Air conditioning: fixed rate of 100 euros per week (compulsory from mid-June to mid-September). Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before your arrival): - Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay. - On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby cot (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), pets (50 euros per pet per stay)... Supplements must be paid in cash on arrival.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
