An attractive holiday home which retains all the authentic charm of a traditional Spanish "Finca", which is becoming increasingly rare these days. Set in a delightful garden which contains pretty flowers along with palm trees and sweet smelling orange, mandarin and hibiscus. With views of the Montgo mountain, you can enjoy splendid sunsets here. There are various shops and restaurants within a range of 2 to 7 km. Javea beach, port and centre 5/7 km.

The accommodation has 130 m² of living space and comprises a living and dining room with veranda. Small kitchen and pantry with a washing machine to the rear. Double bedroom and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each). Bathroom and a shower room, each with toilet.

The interior is comfortable with traditional furnishings, it is a bit bohemian.

There is a ten-metre long swimming pool so you can enjoy a good swim and there is a useful outdoor shower as well as a beautiful barbeque area and a table tennis table. Above all, it is lovely and peaceful.

We have our own office in Javea, manned by experienced, friendly, multi-lingual staff, so you could not be in better hands. They are available to help you with anything you need be it regarding the house or activities you wish to undertake whilst on holiday, you will find their local knowledge extremely useful.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit 800 euros, which cannot be cashed in, must be left at our agency: credit card imprint or cash. -The following services are to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash: - Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 130 euros to be paid on site. Air conditioning: 50 euros (compulsory from mid June to mid September. Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before your arrival): - Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay. - On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), animals if accepted (50 euros per animal and per stay)...payable locally by credit card slip, euro cheque or cash. Obligatory final clean payable locally 110€. Air co from mid june to mid september : 50 euros per week. Linen supplied at 12 euros per kit (per person) payable locally. Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth per person. Heating for the house (if used). Additional services (where available) including cleaning, Pet supplement of €50 per stay per animal where they are allowed, as stated in the property description.. Cot and/or high chair available for hire on request 50€ per week payable locally. Pet supplement 50€.
