Splendid Hacienda with private pool and private tennis court set in 19 hectares of land. Located 4 km from the delightful small town of Marchena typical of the Seville area which has a supermarket as well as restaurants and bars serving delicious tapas. An ideal base for discovering the rich heritage of the Andalusia region.

Villa accommodation covering 340 m² on 2 floors for 10 people, 7 bedrooms, 4 bath/shower rooms, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi, private tennis/5 a-side football pitch.

The ground floor of the house has a big living room with fireplace and television along with an air-conditioned dining room next to it. The big kitchen fully equipped (with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob refrigerator etc.) has a cellar with fireplace, dining area and television. Study with computer, printer and games. Two double bedrooms with private bathrooms.

The upper floor has three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each). Two separate shower rooms.

All of the bedrooms in the villa Corchuelo have reversible air conditioning.

There is a garden area within the grounds covering 1000 m² and an eight-metre-long swimming pool as well as a multi-sports area which can be used for tennis, football and basketball (for tennis the court surface is in average condition though perfectly usable). A lawn area by the pool has mature palm trees offering an exotic touch and you can relax poolside on the furnishings provided, there is also table tennis and all you need for eating outdoors. Parking space for four cars.

NOTE: The owners live in a caretaker's house in the hacienda, and are available if necessary, they do not interfere with the privacy of tenants at all.

The price includes linen, towels and reasonable consumption of water, electricity and gas. The first load of firewood supplied. Subsequent loads of wood 15 euros.

The prices don't include
Pool towels are not included. They can be rented for 5 euros per towel. The security deposit of 400 euros must be given on entering the premises and in cash.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
