Attractive holiday home with private pool and garden in a superb elevated setting overlooking beautiful countryside and hills. The village of EL Chorro is 3km and the Abdalajis valley 7km. Malaga airport 50km. This is a delightful tranquil setting within easy driving distance of shops, bars and restaurants.

The accommodation comprises an air conditioned living and dining room with fireplace, double sofa bed, satellite television, WIFI internet and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen. There are two double bedrooms and a triple bedroom (3 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom and a shower room.

There is air conditioning only in the living area.

The pool area is an ideal spot to relax or enjoy a barbeque and there is plenty of garden furniture.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided (bed linen, shower and hand towels). Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (except heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 to 20.00, departure by 09.30.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit 300€ cash payable locally. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure.
