Skier’s choice for 2012 are Rossignol Women’s S7 according to Powder magazine with one reader backing her Rossis for the third successive season.
I’m not a lady, but I too am a big fan of my Rossignol skis so I’m not surprised to see the S7 W strikes the right note with women skiers.
Powder magazine exhalts the incomparable forgiveness and maneuverability and says the following “PowderTurn Rocker combines low camber underfoot with high tip and pintail rocker providing effortless flotation, steering and speed control”. Which is what you want.
A tenacity for sharp turns and sure edging whatever the surface and snow conditions are further plus points which come from the centered sidecut. Further features include WRS and a carbon sandwich wood core construction.
It is a ski which appeals to hard core powder skiers as well as intermediates who find their performance much enhanced when they clip on a pair of S7 W’s.
So if you would rather your powder skiing was less tiring and altogether more enjoyable then maybe you should be thinking about investing in some Rossignol S7 W. I must say I have no regrets about having bought my much loved Rossis.
