Attractive holiday villa with a big private pool located just 900 metres from the beach near Sintra, north west of Lisbon.

Villa accommodation covering 170 m² for 10 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, satellite television, wifi.

The house has a spacious living and dining room along with a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, American fridge/freezer etc.). Two twin bedrooms (two 90 cm x 200 beds in each). Double bedroom (160 cm x 200 bed). Quadruple bedroom (four 90 cm x 200 beds). Two bathrooms both with bath and a shower.

The interior décor is nice and light with pleasant wood highlights and comfortable, practical furnishings.

The grounds cover 700 m² and there is a very nice twelve-metre-long swimming pool with a deck surround where you can relax on the sun loungers provided. There is a covered terrace overlooking the pool with views of the sea beyond where you can eat outside and barbecue in the shade. There is parking space for up to four cars within the garden limits.

There is a tennis court you can use within easy walking distance of the property. Praia das Macas beach 900 metres. Supermarket 500 metres. Restaurants 500 metres. Sintra 15 km. Cascais 20 km. Lisbon airport 40 km.
