Situated around 25 minutes drive from Lisbon, near the sea, this beautiful villa with private pool is modern and well designed. Located by the Aroeira golf course complex which has a small supermarket, restaurant, bar and tennis facilities. Also nearby is the small town of Aroeira which has a supermarket, shops and restaurants. Just 2.5 km from magnificent sandy beaches where you will find small restaurants serving fresh fish dishes as well as fun in the ocean surf.

The villa has 240 m² of living space and is surrounded by 1200 m² of garden with lawn and private swimming pool.

4 double bedrooms, of which three have en suite bath/shower rooms, separate shower and toilet for the fourth. Wifi internet and satellite television.

The ground floor has a spacious living and dining room has exotic wood parquet flooring, a baby grand piano and patio doors opening onto the patio terrace. Big, modern, well equipped kitchen. Double bedroom (two extra single beds possible in addition), shower room and toilet. Large games room with table football and table tennis.

The upper floor has three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with toilets.

Overall the villa is comfortable, light and spacious.

The enclosed garden is very nice and well kept, peaceful and equipped with a full complement of garden furniture for outside dining and relaxing, a barbecue and best of all a ten metre long pool. There is parking space for two cars on the grounds.

Beach 2.5 km. Small shops and restaurant nearby on the golf complex. Beach restaurants 2.5 km. Supermarket 1.5 km.
