Situated just 900 metres from the beach in a peaceful area of the Sintra natural park this large holiday home with private pool also has a sauna and a big games room with table football, table tennis and a bar. It is ideal for a family group.

Villa accommodation covering 230 m² on 3 floors for 16 (price shown is for 14, supplement applicable for up to 16) people (12 adults and 4 children), 6 bedrooms, 5 bath/shower rooms, wifi.

The ground floor has a living room with fireplace and television and society games table, dining room and a modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer etc.) opening onto the patio terrace. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Three more double bedrooms and a bathroom with hairdryer and a separate toilet.

The upper floor has a family bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed for children as well as an en-suite bathroom.

The lower floor has a very big leisure room with a bar, comfortable seating and games as well as a dining table for eight and a shower room.

NOTE: The price shown is for 14, however, there are two singles (put you up beds) for children are also available for a supplement of 15 euros per person per night.

The good-sized grounds cover 2000 m² and there is a ten-metre-long swimming pool with loungers for relaxing and a nice flat lawn. There is also a useful built-in barbecue and garden furniture for eating outdoors. Parking space for four cars within the garden limits.

Guincho and the natural park are highly recommended for a good time on the beach or enjoying water sports. From the house, you can walk to the beach and tennis courts as well as the local supermarket. There are six very good golf courses within twenty minutes drive.
