The Villa Fuerte is an attractive, typical Portuguese villa with pool situated in a peaceful village in the region of Sesimbra, well away from the bustle of town, just 3 km from the beach and 450 metres from the nearest restaurant, bars 1.7 km. Peaceful, it has a modern interior which makes the most of the spacious rooms and offers considerable comfort.

Villa accommodation covering 150 m² on 2 floors for 9 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning (optional for a supplement), wifi.

The ground floor of the house has a modern fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator etc.). Open living and dining room with fireplace and television opens to the terrace via patio doors. Three double bedrooms (140 cm x 200 beds in each). Twin bedroom (two 90 cm wide beds which can push together on request to form a double 140 cm x 200). Two bathrooms each with a bath shower and hairdryer.

The upper floor has a study with a single sofa bed (100 cm x 200 cm) and a balcony.

There is air conditioning available in all of the bedrooms as well as the living area.

The grounds cover 1000 m² and there are a five-metre-long private swimming pool and sun loungers for relaxing poolside. There is also a barbecue and plenty of garden furniture for eating outside on the shaded terrace. Parking space for up to six cars.

The beautiful beach at Praia da Baleeira 3 km is just a short drive and you can appreciate the stunning views of the lighthouse and stunning cliffs flanked by the Atlantic Ocean 4 km. Nearest restaurant 450 metres. Bars 1.7 km. Praia das Bicas beach 5 km. Supermarket 7 km. Sesimbra 12 km. Setabul 36 km. Lisbon 44 km. Lisbon airport 52 km.
