Converted traditional farmhouse and mill with private swimming pool, on the ground floor you will find some of the traditional objects from when it functioned producing flour and cereals for Tuscan bread. Situated on the edge of a verdant valley, it is easy to get to yet very peaceful and calm.

Villa accommodation covering 150 m² for 4 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, satellite television.

The ground floor has a large kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker etc.) with access to a paved area which has outdoor dining furniture and a barbecue so you can eat overlooking the pool. Shower room.

The upper floor is accessed only by an outdoors stairway and has a living and dining room with television along with a small kitchen with wood burner. Double bedroom, twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a shower room with hairdryer.

The furnishings are comfortable and in good order, fitting in nicely with the traditional rural setting. There are mosquito blinds on the doors and windows.

In the large grounds, there is a fenced swimming pool which is ten metres long (open from the end of the second week in May to the end of September) complemented by garden furniture and a well-kept vegetable garden from which you can taste whatever is in season and ripe.

The small village of Palazzo del Pero is 3 km and the bustling city of Arezzo is around 15 minutes drive, it is famous for its antique market and a number of important art monuments.

The euro prices shown are for the villa, per week and include
Private swimming pool open from 01/05 to 030/09. Properties delivered clean and equipped with sheets and towels (weekly change). Baby bed (children up to 3 years old) on request at the time of booking. Electricity, hot and cold water.(electric car charging on demand on payment)

The prices don't include
Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). Obligatory final cleaning Euro 80. Heating Pellet stove: Euro 15 per day (if used). Pets (small size) are welcome on payment of Euro 6 each per day. Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 4 each. Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
