Located in the southern Peloponnese in the Magne of Messina, this gorgeous, traditional style (but recent) villa perches in a unique location on the rocks overlooking the sea and commands exceptional views of Stoupa Bay and the Gulf of Messina which you can enjoy from the Jacuzzi perched directly overlooking the sea. Lovely sandy beach 100 metres. Shops, numerous very nice taverns, boutiques and restaurants in the village 300 metres. The supermarket is ten minutes walk. Kalamata airport 50km (reasonable taxi fare, you don't need a car to stay here). Athens Airport is three and a half hours drive, mainly motorway.

Villa accommodation for 2 people, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, front line sea location, air conditioning, wifi internet, walk to the beach.

The accommodation comprises a very comfortable living area room with fireplace, opening onto two covered terraces both overlooking the sea. Dining area and fully equipped, open-plan kitchen. Large double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide which will split into two singles if required) particularly charmingly arranged with access to the terrace. Lovely bathroom with hydro-massage bath, shower and toilet. Pathway to hot tub installed in the rocks.

Tasteful decor and refined furnishings along with a hot tub combined with very easy walking distance to facilities make this villa a real gem and a super spot for honeymoons. There is air conditioning, just in the bedroom along with wifi internet (rather feeble). The house and grounds are almost entirely secluded, certainly where it matters.

From the two patio terraces, the views over the rocks (which you can access and swim from for excellent snorkelling) towards Stoupa Bay and out to sea are unbeatable and best of all the land in front is private to the villa so there is no one to disturb you. There is a discreet area where you can relax on the sunbeds and the secluded Jacuzzi area is just amazing as you look right down directly over the sea and virgin coastline.

Stoupa is a charming, small seaside village set on a dramatic, mountainous coastline a short drive from the southernmost tip of continental Europe, it is one of those places you don't want to leave. A second very gently sloping sandy beach is five minutes walk from the house. There is a designated cycle track (you can hire bicycles) along the coast to the south which you can also walk along to the beautiful traditional fishing village of Agios Nicolaus and there is just one discreet night spot if you want to dance the night away. The villages in the magnificent mountains with their square stone houses are also a joy to explore.

You won't find a better-located villa than this one, the sunsets are incredible.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Bed linen (changed twice a week) and towels (beach towels changed once a week) are provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden maintenance.

The prices don't include
Refundable cash deposit €500 (or equivalent) payable locally. Heating for the house. The villa must be left reasonably clean by you otherwise extra cleaning will be required for which you will need to pay an additional amount.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
