Luxury holiday villa with big pool and access beach in a peaceful secluded setting, located between Saint-Rémy-en-Provence and Les Beaux-de-Provence in the Alpilles natural park.

Villa accommodation all on one level, covering 170 m², for 6/8 people, 3 bedrooms, 4 bath/shower rooms, wifi, satellite television.

The villa has a spacious living and dining room 54 m² (with two single beds 90 cm wide separated by a screen available on request) with satellite television and a piano (Royale) which is tuned. Fully equipped, very nice kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave etc.). Master double bedroom (1 x 160 cm wide bed) with television, two steps to en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and twin sinks, opens onto the garden via patio doors. Separate toilet. Double bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed) with television, shower corner and sink. Double bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed) with television and shower room with toilet. Laundry room with washing machine.

The interior is very well furnished and equipped, spacious and comfortable. Well insulated the house stays nice and cool as long as you manage the shutters and there is a portable air conditioning unit which can be used in the living area. Outside there is a very nice patio terrace with a huge retractable canopy where you can eat in the shade or sit comfortably and enjoy reading or a cool drink.

The beautiful, secluded, enclosed garden covers 2000 m² and has a superb fourteen-metre long swimming pool with a gently sloping "beach" for access which is ideal for children and adults alike. Pool house with shower, toilet and sink as well as a handy fridge. There are six sun loungers and table and chairs for ten people for eating outdoors, as well as a barbeque. Parking for two cars on the grounds.

There are a number of important historic sites you can visit nearby, the most important being the Roman remains at Glanum next to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence 9 km which is arguably the best in the region along with Les Baux-de-Provence 15 km which is set on a hilltop in the Alpilles and boasts an impressive chateau. This is also the gateway to the Camargue, Arles which boasts an impressive Roman amphitheatre and Van Gogh museum is just 17 km, the fabulous beaches of Grau du Roi which Hemingway so admired 72 km. Plus Avignon 25 km and Le Pont du Gard 33 km.

Shops and restaurants 1.5 km and an excellent market for fresh locally grown fruit (such as Cavaillon melons) and vegetables (there are actually lots of these very good markets nearby). Golf 5 km. Tennis 1.5 km. Rail station 18 km. Marseilles airport 77 km. Saint Rémy 8 km.
