Cleaning is included for a 7-night booking. → Bed linen and towels are provided. → WIFI internet connection is available at any point in the villa. → Electricity charges are included up to a limit of €100/week (statement taken at the beginning and end of the stay). Beyond that, invoicing at the price per kwh (14 cts/kwh HC and 17 cts/kwh HP).

The prices don't include
The deposit (1000€) is given on arrival or paid by bank transfer or by credit card if no cheque book is available. Cancellation: 100% refund if cancellation is effective 30 days before the arrival date, 50% if cancellation is effective 15 days before the arrival date.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
