Exceptional holiday home with private heated indoor pool and spa facilities for both ski and summer holidays at a price which is very reasonable for the standard of accommodation and setting. Located 7.5 km from La Clusaz in a nearby village it is a very tasteful, comfortable, supremely equipped luxury property.

There is a ski bus stop 20 metres from the chalet so you can conveniently access the ski area. Lake Annecy and the city 25 km. Geneva airport 60 km. Village centre 1.5 km. Ski lifts 7.5 km.

The accommodation is on three floors and comprises a comfortable living area with wood burner fire, dining area with wood burner and a fully equipped, modern kitchen (with fondue and raclette sets, oven, vitroceramic hob, dishwasher...). Wine cellar.

Double bedroom with shower room and toilet. Further double bedroom (which can convert to two singles if required) with shower room. There is a beautiful pool room (which opens onto the terrace) with adjoining spa area equipped with Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and massage area. The pool has an electric retractable cover for child security.

The south facing terrace offers plenty of room for sitting out, dining in the fresh air and lovely views of the mountains. There is a good supply of garden furniture along with a barbecue. A lawned area is nice to have in the summer months. There is parking on the grounds.
