This beautiful traditional luxury chalet is located in the highly desirable Mont d’Arbois area in the Bois de Cormery hamlet and during the summer occupants have access to the leisure facilities in the residence opposite including a swimming pool and tennis court. Ideal for a number of families for either a winter ski holiday or a summer holiday in the mountains.

Chalet accommodation covering 360 m² for 12 people (10 adults and 2 children), 6 bedrooms, 5 bath/shower rooms, wifi.

The lower garden level has an apartment with independent access comprising a living and dining room with a kitchenette. Double bedroom (140 cm x 190 bed) with en-suite shower room with independent toilet. There is also a laundry room and ski storage area as well as a garage on this level.

The ground floor has an entrance. Spacious light living and dining room with fireplace and television and access to the terrace. Open plan fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom (160 cm x 200 bed) with en-suite bathroom with hairdryer and independent toilet. Separate toilet.

The first floor has a master double bedroom (200 cm x 200 bed) with study area, safe, television and access to balcony, en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, hairdryer and independent toilet. Another double bedroom (180 cm x 200 bed) with balcony and en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, hairdryer and independent toilet.

The second floor has a large family suite comprised of a double bedroom (160 cm x 200 cm bed) with en-suite bathroom with hairdryer and toilet and through access to a twin bedroom (two 80 cm x 90 beds) with en-suite bathroom with hairdryer and toilet.
