Located in the centre of the charming alpine village of Courchevel – Le Praz 1300 this top of the range luxury chalet has every comfort for a perfect ski holiday including an indoor swimming with adjoining massage area and a very comfortable home cinema. Just 100 metres from the slopes and ski lift.

The chalet has a double entrance.

The level 0 has a ski room and lobby. Double bedroom (160 cm x 200 bed) with television and en-suite shower room with hairdryer and toilet. Another double bedroom (160 cm x 200 bed) with television and en-suite shower room with hairdryer and toilet. Separate toilet.

The level 1 has a living and dining room with central fireplace, bar, television and a society games are as well as a fully equipped open plan kitchen (with dishwasher, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee maker etc.) and access to the terrace.

The level 2 has a double bedroom (160 cm x 200 bed) with television and en-suite shower room with hairdryer and toilet.
