This very comfortable luxury property, chalet style, for up to ten people with sauna and fitness room is in a perfect location for family ski holidays as it is just 50 metres easy walk to the ski slope which leads to the Princess lift and the assembly point for the ski school and piou piou (for younger children) around just a 100 metres below and you can ski back practically to the chalet. For the summer months it has an outdoor heated pool with a telescopic cover which locks for child security (and it keeps the pool warm overnight). It is in a peaceful setting with wonderful views of the mountains and handy for Megeve centre 4 km.

The upper floor has a double bedroom with television, access to balcony, shower room and toilet. Master double bedroom with dressing, television, access to balcony and bathroom with whirlpool bath and toilet.

The ground floor (pool level) has a spacious living and dining room with wood burner, television, comfortable seating and large windows letting in plenty of light and allowing you to enjoy the views. Fully equipped, modern kitchen with cooking island and breakfast table. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and bathroom with television, whirlpool bath and toilet.

The lower floor has a smart, modern fitness room with rowing, cycling and steps machines as well as a sauna and a shower. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) with television, shower room and toilet. Another twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) with television, shower room and toilet. Separate toilet. Laundry room. Garage with boot dryer.

The standard of the accommodation is very high, furnishings are comfortable and the equipment first class. It was entirely renovated recently.

In Megeve it is rare to find such a well located chalet in which is so well suited to families. In summer children can enjoy the garden area which has some lawn and there are a wide range of summer activities on offer in Megeve. There is a garage for one car and parking space in the drive.

The price shown for the chalet is for self catering though we can arrange for the services of a chef for around 3250 € for the week with food on top.

There are two services which we find particularly good in Megeve, one is the ski hire arrangement as the equipment shop will come to your chalet with the gear in a van and kit you out there, thus saving you time and hassle on arrival. Also there is a ski and boot locker deposit system in town so you can dump your gear there at the end of the day and go and enjoy the centre at your leisure in your snow boots whilst the service will pick up your equipment and deposit it back at the chalet.
