It is possible to reserve your Villas Worldwide / Villas du Monde holiday for next year now and indeed many have already done so, nearly ten times more than at the same time last year.
With just 10% deposit you can book for 2018 online now and ensure that you get the pick of the best villas for you and your family so you can relax and begin to start planning the things you want to do on holiday next year.
Here are three easy steps to follow:
1 Check availability. Well worth doing as progressively over the next two months the bookings and available dates for next year will become live. Some countries and areas are more proactive than others, we do our best to get things up to date as soon as we get the go ahead from the owners.
2 Check the rental price. Most of our summer holiday villa prices for next year will be the same with some small increases. What affects the price the most are seasonal shifts and the 2018 August bank holiday period is affected along with Easter. We are usually able to tell you quickly if the price will remain the same or not.
3 Book online via the villa web page. Have a look at the FAQ's which are accessed on the left-hand side of your screen if you have any questions about the deposit, payment methods and how to pay and so on. Most 2018 reservations we can confirm straight away though in a small number of cases we can only pre-reserve until the prices are finalised in September / early October.
Please do send us an email or call if you want to check anything specific about the villas you have selected for your requirements as in most cases we know the houses and the surrounding areas very well. It is our pleasure to help and you can be sure of a quick response.
Which villas book early?
This is a hard question to answer as it does vary from year to year. So far it looks like Portugal, Greece and France are very much in demand. The big houses too, especially those with a private tennis court and the ones on our recommended villas list which is in the Villa Ideas section also on the left of your screen.
