There is much to see and do in the area. Athens and the Acropolis being the prime attraction though you should be aware that it's central location is quite urban so parking can be difficult, tramway and bus options are worth considering. The Acropolis is quite big and spread out and certain parts are separated for visits so some planning is also worthwhile, plus you need to walk up the hill. There are some nice restaurants in the streets nearby and a very busy market area. The Acropolis museum opened relatively recently, that too is worth a visit. The site of Marathon is of great historical interest as an important battle took place there.

Sesi is around 30 km (40 minutes drive) northeast of Athens and one of the things a lot of clients like to do is take a ferry over to the island of Evia which is opposite. Villas Worldwide also have properties on Evia (one villa is right near the beach) which is the second largest of the Greek islands, although connected to the mainland by a bridge from Sesi it is easier and cheap to take the car ferry.

Watching the sunset at the temple of Poseidon is an experience you will not forget. There are some nice beaches there too.

Travel
The large Athens International airport (ATH) has regular direct flights most days from many European airports. Low-cost operators Ryanair and Easyjet fly there. From its pivotal position, one can access most parts of the Athens Riviera within an hours drive of the airport.

Weather
The climate in Athens is very nice, warm and sunny with little rain most of the year. July and August can get hot.
