Tuscany coast and Florence villas with pools, cottages, vacation homes, holiday rentals, self-catering accommodation holidays in Tuscany near the sea. Choose from a superb range of high-quality villas in one of the most sought after areas of Italy.

Tuscany holds many splendours and Florence or Firenze as it is known in Italy is certainly one of the must-see places for anybody. Between Florence and the coast lies the Garfagnana valley where we have a number of excellent villas and recently improved roads make this area a perfect base for enjoying Tuscany.

The coastal area north of Pisa, known as Versilia, is lovely, with sandy beaches backed by spectacular marble topped mountains.

The Garfagnana is a verdant area of rolling countryside and rivers which was once the spa holiday destination of choice for European royalty.

It is very easy to catch a train or drive from our Tuscany coast holiday villas to Florence or Siena, even Rome.

The tower of Pisa is one of the iconic sights of Italy. Located just to the south of the town it is well worth a visit, particularly if you go up the tower as then you begin to appreciate the sheer scale of the building and quite how incredible it is that it is still standing.

On the coast, the delightful hilltop villages of Pedona and Camaiore offer peace and tranquillity within easy striking distances of the lively beachside areas, the Lidos.
