Special offer villa reductions for 2017

At Villas Worldwide / Villas du Monde we do our best to ensure that our properties are made available at the best possible price from the outset. Cheap discounting is not what we are about nor are our owners.

However, there are some of our property owners who like to reward early booking clients as it allows them to be sure of a certain revenue by a particular time of year and that allows them to plan accordingly.

In Greece we have a small number of villas which are available at a reduced early booking rate, it expires at the end of February. These include a magnificent luxury villa with private pool in Porto Heli, two in Rethymno in Crete as well as some smaller beachside houses without a pool on Navarino plage near a first-rate golf course, both are on the mainland in the Peloponnese region

There will always be some villas which have the odd dates available which they want to try and fill as the "sell by" date approaches and if you can be flexible with your dates at the last minute and are not tied to school holiday periods (which usually book up fairly early) then you should keep an eye open.

In Brittany some February dates are already reduced in villas with private, indoor heated pools, some of which have billiards tables and saunas too. Northern France is easy to get to and can be a nice change of scene any time of year as there are delightful coastal walks and plenty of fresh seafood.

Though it has to be said that you will rarely see prices completely slashed as most owners of high-quality villas would rather leave their houses empty as opposed to being perceived as late price discounters. This has long been the case and it is unlikely to change. It may seem hard to understand but the fact is, in the main they can afford to take this stance as the main dates in a good quality, well located, well-priced villas do book up year on year and generally speaking it ensures that they have a respectful, good clientele.
