Holiday rental villa in Lloret de Mar on the Costa Brava, 1.5 km from the beach and centre. Four bedrooms and private swimming pool.

This large attractive house has 300 m² of living space. There is air conditioning (supplement payable) in all the bedrooms and both living and dining areas.

The ground floor has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a shower room. Living and dining room with television and an open-plan kitchen, which opens onto a patio terrace overlooking the pool area.

The upper floor has a comfortable living and dining room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher...). Double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Twin bedroom and a shower room.

Overall the villa is very well equipped and furnished, nice and modern.
