Beautiful architect designed, "Avant-garde" style holiday house for up to ten people with a private pool and splendid sea views. Located 2.5 km from the beach in Lloret de Mar. Cala Canyelles 4 km. Shops and restaurants 2.5 km. Gerona 35 km. Barcelona 70 km.

The upper floor has a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed for two children and en-suite bathroom which have a shower and hydro-massage bath. Double bedroom. Further double bedroom. Access to balcony terrace with fabulous views of the Mediterranean.

The ground floor has a spacious, light and airy living and dining room with satellite television and DVD player. Open-plan, very well equipped kitchen (with Vitro-ceramic hob, washing machine, oven, microwave...). Gym with jogging machine, exercise bike and hi-fi, relaxation area with Jacuzzi (available for a supplement of 100 € per week). Double bedroom and shower room with toilet.

The house has 380 m² of living space and is equipped with free wifi internet and air conditioning throughout (available on option for a supplement of 50 € per week).

The garden covers 1030 m² and has a ten-metre long pool which has a shallow section which is ideal for small children. There is plenty of garden furniture and a barbeque. Garage.
