Attractive, contemporary holiday house with private pool and sea view. Well located, in a peaceful setting just 800 metres from the beach and facilities in the centre of Llafranc.

The accommodation comprises a very pleasant living and dining area with satellite television and DV player, opening onto a covered patio area which overlooks the pool area. Fully equipped kitchen.

There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each). Two bathrooms.

Around the pool, there is a teak deck which is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. As well as pool loungers there is all you need in the way of garden furniture for eating outdoors and enjoying a barbeque. The garden is very nice with mature trees offering natural shade and a lawn.

Note that while it is only ten minutes walk to the beach the incline on the return journey is significant.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The prices don't include
Mandatory final cleaning: €130. Deposit (credit card imprint): €300. Tourist tax to be paid on site (€1.75/day per adult – maximum 7 days). On request: Extra bed: €80 per week. Cot: €35 per week. Sheets: €8 per person. Towels (1 large + 1 small): €8 per person. Pets, if allowed: €35 per week. Air conditioning costs €80 per week and must be paid on site upon arrival at the local agency, only for villas with air conditioning.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
