Delightful villa with a private swimming pool and beautiful sea views, just 1.5km from the beach. Gerona airport 45km. Palafrugell 4km, Begur 7km and Palamos 11km.

The accommodation comprises a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom. Single bedroom (1 x 80cm wide retractable bed) and a bunk bedroom (2 x 80cm wide beds). Bathroom.

The garden has lawned areas and a terrace by the pool with sea views. Change-over day is Friday.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Pets are not permitted.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit - credit card slip. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Extra beds supplement of 6€ per bed per day. Bed linen change 7€, change of towels 3€. The villa must be left as found.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure.
