Attractive villa on the Costa Brava, modern architect designed with private pool located just 1 km from the Cala Canyelles and 6 km from the centre of Tossa de Mar.

Villa accommodation covering 170 m² on 2 floors for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms.

The house has an attractive light living and dining room with television along with an open plan fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, refrigerator etc.). Double bedroom (160 cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds). Two more double bedrooms (140 cm wide beds in each). Bathroom with corner bath and a shower room.

The very pleasant grounds cover 950 m² and there is an eight-metre-long swimming pool along with sun loungers for relaxing poolside. There is a covered terrace with garden furniture for eating outside along with a built-in barbecue, a lawn and natural shade from mature trees. Parking space for three cars within the garden limits.
